After recent significant growth, we are actively seeking applications for an experienced freezer storeperson to join our team based in Regents Park.

About the role

This is a permanent, full time position, reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, working Monday - Friday. The purpose of this role is to receive goods, replenish stock and put aways using safe manual handling procedures and mobile equipment in a timely and effective manner.

Your key responsibilities are: 

• Working mainly in a freezer environment;

• Receiving stock into the warehouse using RF scanning technology;

• Stock put away / replenishing stock levels when required using RF scanning;

• Employing correct stock rotation principles at all times, based on ‘first in first out’ rule;

• Practicing safe and correct manual handling principles at all times;

• Operating mobile equipment;

• Understand and adhere to HACCP regulations;

• Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.

About you:

• Have held a current and valid forklift licence for at least 24 months with good high reach operational skills;

• Previous Cold storage experience required;

• Experience in a warehouse role utilising RF scanning;

• Hard-working, committed and passionate with a can-do attitude;

• Possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy;

• Good organisational and time management skills;

• Live and breathe safety;

• Able to work in an active and fast paced environment;
