We're looking for an experienced Leading Hand to join our high-performing team delivering civil infrastructure and urban development projects.

In this hands-on leadership role, you'll coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and materials to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a key role in driving productivity, maintaining programme targets and fostering a positive, safety-focused site culture.

• Lead daily site operations and construction activities
• Coordinate labour, plant and material resources
• Supervise subcontractors, suppliers and plant hire contractors
• Monitor project costs and productivity on site
• Ensure works are delivered to programme requirements
• Manage survey and set-out requirements
• Maintain accurate records of site activities
• Promote and uphold safety and environmental standards
• Identify and report non-conformances and support corrective actions
• Ensure all works meet quality specifications and client expectations

You'll bring:

• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• Current driver's licence
• Experience in civil infrastructure and/or urban development projects
• Proven leadership and team coordination experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Sound understanding of construction drawings, specifications and quality requirements
• A strong commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance
• The ability to consistently deliver projects within programme and budget constraints
• Experience with shoring works

You'll also be a team player who leads by example and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes.
