Why this is an exciting opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our technology delivery teams. In this role, you’ll support agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, guiding teams through planning and execution, and helping remove impediments so teams can deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, refinements and retrospectivesSupport teams to plan and deliver committed outcomes and release datesPartner with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a healthy, prioritised backlogIdentify, track and help remove delivery impediments and dependenciesSupport release management activities and ensure adherence to Definition of Done and risk processesFoster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on continuous improvement

What You Bring

You don’t need to tick every box, but experience in the below will set you up for success.

Experience & Skills

Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or working extensively within Scrum teamsStrong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and KanbanExperience working across the software development lifecycleExcellent facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work confidently in fast-paced and changing environmentsExposure to financial services or technology-led organisations will be highly regarded
