About the Role: As a Retail Assistant at MOOII, you'll be the face of our brand, playing a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. In our fast-paced retail environment, you'll be adept at multitasking, prioritising tasks, and maintaining the store's impeccable presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in face-to-face sales, ensuring customers find the perfect items.

• Proactively follow up with customers to enhance their shopping journey.

• Source and attract new customers to the MOOII experience.

• Conduct merchandising to showcase our diverse range of products.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee stock presentations.

• Receive, register, and transfer stocks efficiently.

• Record sales information and perform necessary bookkeeping tasks.

• Manage the customer reward program on our POS system.

• Uphold cleanliness standards for a welcoming shopping environment.

• Assist in preparing online orders.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.

• Exceptional personal presentation and grooming.

• Strong face-to-face communication skills to connect with customers.

• Quick learner with a positive attitude, capable of working independently and within a close-knit team.

• Well-presented, experienced, and professional with an excellent manner.

• Are open to travelling within reasonable distance across our MOOII store network when needed.

Additional Details:

• Location: Sydney CBD and other locations in Sydney Metropolitan

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (until 10:30 PM on some weekend shifts)
