ROLE DESCRIPTION

The College is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Education Assistant to provide class support to students, and to work with teachers to create resources.

The successful applicant will possess good technology skills, sound communication and demonstrate the ability to work with a range of students with learning difficulties across all Learning Areas within the College. Education Assistants work in a team environment and embrace the diverse tasks required of this position.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Certificate III in Education Support (or working towards this)

• Working With Children Card

• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain this)

• Be legally entitled to work in Australia with proof of Australian Birth, Citizenship or residency visa details

• Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to obtain this)

• Senior First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain this)
