Support Coordination/Psychosocial Recovery Coach Subcontractor (Limestone Coast)

Are you an experienced and passionate Support Coordinator or Psychosocial Recovery Coach?

Skylight Mental Health is seeking multiple motivated professionals to join our dynamic NDIS team As a subcontractor with Skylight, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with a focus on psychosocial disabilities (but not exclusive) to navigate the NDIS, achieve their goals, and enhance their independence. Skylight is looking for Subcontractors with a minimum expectation of 15 billable hours per week.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Support Coordination or Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.

• Business Setup: An Australian Business Number (ABN) and Public Liability & Professional Insurance.

• Clearances: NDIS Workers Clearance & DHS Working with Children Clearance.

• Transport: A reliable vehicle that is fully insured.

• Tech Ready: A smartphone and laptop to manage your caseload efficiently.
