Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. You will drive the culinary offering across our day-to-day cafe service and our bustling evening brewery/dining operations and our increasing event space.

Whether designing seasonal menus that complement our tap list or managing kitchen profitability, you will play a central role in driving our venue's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development & Design: Create vibrant, produce-driven menus for cafe breakfast/lunch, dinner including brewery pub-style classics, and seasonal dinner specials. Create new function menus.

• Kitchen Leadership & Culture: Lead, mentor, and build a positive, efficient, and cohesive kitchen team.

• Financial Management: Manage food costs, stock control, supplier relationships, labor costs, and kitchen roster efficiency to hit GP targets.

• Operations & Standards: Oversee daily prep, service delivery, food quality control, inventory management, and strict compliance with local food safety and hygiene standards.
