Finance and Corporate Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Finance and Corporate Services Manager to join our small, collaborative team.

About the role

Reporting to the CEO, this hands-on role is responsible for leading CLWA's finance, governance, operational and digital functions. The position plays a key role in supporting organisational sustainability, strategic planning, compliance, business improvement and effective corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Financial management, reporting, budgeting and forecasting

• Audit coordination and financial governance

• Corporate governance and Board administration

• Operational policy development and organisational compliance

• Information technology, cyber security and digital systems oversight

• Business planning, income generation and organisational sustainability initiatives

• Contractor and supplier management

Key Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated 3 years' experience managing finance and governance functions in a small organisation

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting skills

• Experience across corporate services, operations and information technology

• Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• High-level proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint and financial systems

• A commitment to collaboration, integrity, social justice and continuous improvement

• Experience in the community, legal or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded

Salary & Conditions

• 0.7FTE (52.5 hours per fortnight)

• SACS Award Level 7-8 (depending on experience)

• Fixed-Term | 30 September 2028

• PBI salary packaging available
