About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Cosmetic Patient Coordinator to join our boutique cosmetic clinic! This full-time role (5 days/week, including Saturdays) offers the exciting opportunity to be at the heart of an elite, high-end cosmetic practice. Hours are typically 8:30 AM - 6 PM, with Saturday hours from 9:30 AM - 4 PM. If you have a friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will:

- Be the friendly face and first point of contact for our valued patients.
- Manage appointments, respond to enquiries, and handle payments with a smile.
- Ensure smooth clinic operations—open/close duties, liaising with industry professionals, and more.

Skills & Experience:
- Medical Reception/Administration Experience: We're looking for someone with a background in reception or administrative roles specifically in the medical aesthetics space.
- Cosmetic Medicine Knowledge: Experience in a cosmetic or medical clinic is highly regarded, and must come with a strong desire to learn!
- Organizational Skills: You'll be the go-to person for bookings, inquiries, and keeping everything running smoothly.

Candidates must have medical reception experience specifically in cosmetic or aesthetic medicine, as general medical reception experience alone will not be sufficient for this role.

Applicants are required to have basic familiarity with cosmetic medicine knowledge at the time of application.

A minimum of 1-2 years of medical reception and administration experience is required for this position.

Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with full working rights in Australia.
