Machine Operator

With a range of comprehensive training and career pathway opportunities and excellent rewards, this is your chance to work as a Machine Operator at BINGO's dry and mixed waste recycling facility located in Patons Lane, NSW (Western Sydney)

How are you important to us?

Our machine operators are working towards BINGO's clear purpose of diverting waste from landfill to be reprocessed and recycled by identifying and sorting our heavy recyclable materials in one of our excavator and front end loader machines. You will assist in the recovery of recyclable materials such as bricks, concrete, tiles, steel and timber - helping us push for a Waste Free Australia!

What you bring:

• Minimum 1-3 years' experience operating an excavator and/or front-end loader

• Ability to work a day shift with varied shifts on occasion

• Relevant licences and tickets, VOC training is acceptable

• Waste industry, civil, construction, mining or quarry experience would be great to have.

• We care about your safety first so the ability to read and understand safety signs and communicate clearly into a 2-way radio is very important

• Current drivers' licence and own transport due to limited public transport options

Highly Preferred:

• Experience with Compactor and/or Dozer

• Experience working in waste industry

• Landfill Experience
