Business Banking Manager

What’s the role?
You’ll step into an exciting opportunity supporting SME customers across Cairns. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of customers with business lending needs from $1M to 5M, working full time with flexibility on offer. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of professionals who share knowledge, collaborate and back one another to deliver great outcomes. Your days will be full of variety as you build meaningful relationships, get to know your customers’ ambitions and work with them to shape confident futures. You’ll network, write deals, stay close to your portfolio and be an active presence in the local business community.

What do I need?
• Experience in business banking with a solid understanding of lending
• Strong knowledge of credit risk and compliance
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Confidence to proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
