About the Role:

As a Finance and Customer Service Specialist at Virtue Plus you play a vital role in supporting the Finance Director. Your responsibilities include daily operational duties, month-end close activities, and contributing to the continued success of our company. With a focus on providing excellent support, you'll contribute to the seamless financial operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

• Financial Data Entry: Accurately record financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, and receipts, into the accounting system.

• Assist in the processing of accounts payable transactions, including verifying invoices.

• Accounts receivable by processing customer payments, sending reminders and follow ups, and reconciling customer accounts etc.

• Manage daily deposits reconciliation.

• Answer customer inquiries, providing information on products, pricing, and deliveries.

• Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and specifications.

• Engage in email communication with clients.
