Digital Marketing and Design Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator serves to support our Marketing Manager to grow the company in the Australian market, ensuring leads and sales targets are met. This is an exciting, diverse role providing the opportunity to work across a wide range of marketing functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Produce engaging digital and print content using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.

• Manage social media platforms for both Big A**Fans Australia, including scheduling, posting and basic engagement monitoring.

• Maintain and update the Big A** Fans Australia website with accurate, current content, and create landing pages for lead generation campaigns.

• Assist in the creation of full-funnel ad campaigns, from analysing previous creative performance to brainstorming campaign concept and tagline, and selecting the hero images for the campaign. 

• Assist the marketing team in executing and attending trade shows and industry events as required.

• Own the photography and video library for Big A** Fans Australia.

• Own the merchandise inventory and coordinate design and re-order of merchandise items as required.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification or demonstrated experience in marketing, digital media, design, communications or a related field.

• 1-3 years’ experience in digital marketing, content creation or design.

• Skilled in capturing and producing compelling in-house content (product, event, behind the scenes) using both professional camera equipment and iphone.

• Hands-on experience managing social media platforms for a business or organisation.

• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.

• Able to create digital assets such as social graphics, banners and templates.

• Familiar with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, SEMrush).

• Highly organised, detail‑focused and able to manage multiple deadlines.

• Strong written communication skills with good grammar and brand awareness.

• Creative, proactive and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
