About the role
This part-time position supports Council’s Capital Delivery team through coordinated administration, contract management and project support. Working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
This is a fixed-term part-time role ending on 7 July 2027, working Thursday and Friday each week. These days are fixed and cannot be changed, so applicants must be available to work both Thursdays and Fridays for the duration of the appointment.
You will maintain project records, support reporting and scheduling, assist with procurement and contract administration, and help apply Council’s project management processes.
About you
You are an organised and proactive administration professional with experience in projects, procurement, contracts or business support. You are confident working with records, systems, reports and documentation, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely support.
You can manage competing priorities, work with minimal supervision and build positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to support strong project outcomes.
