Associate Director – Review Delivery Lead

Our team leads external assurance reviews and coordinates internal audit reviews across Banking and Financial Services. We work closely with risk, product and control teams to strengthen our control environment and support regulatory compliance.

What role will you play?

In this role you will lead the Banking and Financial Services External and Internal Audit Review Program and manage a small team of risk and assurance professionals. You will oversee reviews from start to finish, identify common themes and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings and actions to senior stakeholders. You will also build strong partnerships across the broader risk community to support effective risk management and controls.

What You Offer

Extensive experience in assurance, external audit, risk governance or operational risk management within financial services. Strong understanding of risk and control assurance frameworks and the practical application of risk management principles in a complex banking and wealth management environment. Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and communicate effectively with senior leaders and board-level audiences. Experience leading and developing a small team, with a focus on high performance and continuous improvement. Experience preparing clear reports and insights from assurance reviews to support decision-making and control improvement.
