Concierge

The purpose of this role is to deliver a seamless, premium experience to all tenants, and guests in a boutique commercial workplace.

As Concierge, you are the face of the space — operating within a high-amenity, campus-style environment with large floorplates, shared facilities, and a vibrant tenant community. You are responsible for delivering exceptional first and last impressions while supporting the daily operations of a space designed to be more than a workplace. You will act as the central connector between tenants, visitors, building management, and service providers, supporting everything from front-of-house experience, meeting and event spaces, end-of-trip facilities, wellness initiatives, and building services. No request is too big or small - from coordinating deliveries and assisting with AV, to supporting town halls, wellness programs, and building-wide activations.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play an important role in bringing the building community to life by:

• Delivering a premium front-of-house experience for customers and visitors.

• Building strong relationships with tenants and becoming their trusted day-to-day contact.

• Supporting workplace experience initiatives, community programs and tenant engagement activities.

• Coordinating networking events, wellness initiatives and building activations.

• Managing bookings and supporting the operation of shared meeting and event spaces.

• Assisting with building communications, community updates and promotional content.

• Supporting the presentation and readiness of workplace amenities.

• Liaising with building management and service providers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Helping create a vibrant workplace community where tenants feel connected and engaged.

About You

We’re looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and creating memorable workplace experiences.

• Experience in workplace experience, hospitality, commercial property, premium customer service or flexible workspaces.

• A confident and professional approach with outstanding interpersonal skills.

• A genuine passion for community engagement and delivering exceptional service.

• Experience coordinating events, activations or customer experiences.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
