About the Role

Tasman Power are seeking experienced Electrician Supervisors to join our team delivering electrical infrastructure projects at a world-class Tier 1 underground mining operation in the Northern Territory. Located in the remote Tanami Desert, approximately 270km from the nearest neighboring communities, this mine site is one of Australia's largest underground gold mines.

You will ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company and client expectations.

Roster options are currently being finalized and are expected to be either:

• 2 Weeks On/1 Week Off

• 8 Days On/6 Days Off

FIFO Arrangements:

• Brisbane and Darwin – Direct flights to Tanami

• New South Wales, Victoria and South Australia – Travel via Brisbane before connecting to site

The Opportunity

Working as part of the Tasman Power team, you will be involved in a variety of electrical infrastructure and project work, including:

• Non-Processing Infrastructure (NPI) electrical projects

• Fixed Plant electrical projects

• Power distribution systems

• Substation installation (upgrades and maintenance)

• Site electrical infrastructure works

 To be successful in this role you will require:

• NT Electrical License

• Experience as an Electrical Supervisor within the mining and resource sector.

• Working knowledge of on-site statutory electrical requirements

• Schedule 26 (modules and completed exam)

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• A demonstrated commitment to safety and company values

• Working at Heights certification

• Current First Aid (including LVR/CPR within the last 12 months)

• High Risk Work License (EWP over 11m)

• Valid WA C Class or HR Driver’s License

Highly desired but not essential:

• Air Conditioning (HVAC) experience

• Data communications experience

• CCTV installation and maintenance experience

• Demonstrate first attack firefighting equipment
