About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Business Partner, People & Culture, ANZ to join our team and play a key role in partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies that support business performance, engagement, and growth.
Based in Sydney | Melbourne, in a hybrid work environment, this is an exciting opportunity for a proactive People & Culture professional who thrives in a fast-paced, professional services environment and is passionate about building trusted relationships, leading teams, and driving positive people outcomes.
As a trusted advisor to business leaders, you’ll provide strategic and operational HR support across a broad range of people initiatives. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to influence decision-making, strengthen organisational capability, and foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.
Taking a lead role, you’ll support a team while partnering across the business to deliver practical, commercially focused HR solutions.
Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Partner with leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and establish trusted client networks across the business
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports to achieve high performance and professional growth
Support workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and organisational development initiatives
Provide guidance on employee relations matters and people-related risk management
Contribute to the development and implementation of people strategies aligned to business objectives
Drive a positive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture
About You
Suitable applicants will be/have:
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or Management Administration (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 7 years’ experience in a generalist People & Culture / HR role, ideally within a professional services environment
Demonstrated ability to consistently build and maintain trusted internal client relationships
Proven experience managing and developing direct reports
Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
A collaborative and solutions-focused approach with strong commercial awareness
Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery
