Job Summary
Due to continued growth, we are seeking full-time Leading Hands and Site Supervisors to join our team.

The successful candidate will take initiative, work independently, and provide leadership as part of a focused and successful team.

Essential Requirements

• Current WA Electrical Licence

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Intermediate computing skills (MS Office Suite)

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, positive "can do" attitude

• Sound knowledge of the electrical industry, rules, systems, and products

• Interpreting plans and specifications

• Ensuring compliance with AS/NZS standards and safety protocols

• Working independently and as part of a team to meet project timelines

• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

• Current driver's licence

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

• Current Australian work rights are required
