About the Role
As our Receptionist, you'll be the friendly face and voice of our dealership, greeting customers, answering enquiries, and supporting our service and parts teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls

• Manage appointment bookings and daily coordination

• Provide general administrative support to the service and parts departments

• Maintain a clean and welcoming front-of-house area

• Assist with data entry and basic office duties

• Reliable, punctual, and organised

• Basic computer skills
