Skilled Labourer/Storeman

GemLife's Chambers Flat site is under construction and requiring extra people to keep things running smoothly! We’re on the lookout for a reliable, organised, and hard-working Construction General Labourers to assist with site operations!

We are a leading construction company with a long pipeline of work with resorts located in Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

 QA Build is the construction arm of GemLife and currently seeking general labourers to join our residential construction team located at our project in Chambers Flat (Logan). If you've had experience on a construction site and want to build a career for yourself within the industry this is the role for you. GemLife will support your professional development and assist you with gaining tickets as required!

 Primary duties will be:

• General labourer duties.
• Spotting machinery
• Minor concrete works
• Lightweight sleeper installing
• Unloading, unpacking, and receipting incoming stock and materials
• Check inward & outward stock for accuracy
• Managing stock levels
• Ensure that a clean and safe working environment is upheld.

About You

• A knowledge of residential construction or a construction background would be great but not essential
• General Construction Industry - White Card.
• Current Australian Driver Licence.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm and be results driven.
• Fit and capable of physical labour
