The team collaborates closely with clients to solve complex engineering challenges with practical and forward-thinking approaches. Role Description The Financial Administrator is a full-time or part time, on-site role based in Artarmon, NSW, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial health and integrity of Rothshire. The role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing the general ledger, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks involve invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and monitoring project-related financial performance. The Financial Administrator will also maintain compliance with accounting standards, support external audits, and provide analytical insights to leadership to guide strategic and operational decisions. Collaboration with project managers and senior management to develop financial policies, optimize processes, and support business growth is a key part of this role.Qualifications Strong accounting and finance skills, including experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.Solid grounding in Accounting principles and practices, with knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.Experience in Finance functions such as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Accounting and finance qualifications Advanced proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-financial stakeholders.Prior experience in professional services or engineering consultancy environments is an advantage
