Vehicle Delivery Coordinator - Denza Melbourne

About the Role

Harmony Auto is an international dealership group specialising in the premium and luxury automotive sector.
Since establishing a global strategic partnership with BYD in 2023, we have been responsible for the brand’s channel development and operations across multiple overseas markets.

With the expansion of DENZA in the Melbourne market, we are now seeking experienced and driven Delivery Coordinator to join our team and be part of this exciting new chapter of growth and innovation.

• Coordinate the full vehicle delivery process from order confirmation to final handover

• Schedule delivery appointments and ensure vehicles are ready on time

• Track vehicle status, including stock availability, PDI progress, and registration completion

• Ensure all delivery documentation is complete and accurate, including contracts, invoices, and registration paperwork

• Verify compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Act as a key contact for customers throughout the delivery process

• Provide clear communication on delivery timelines, requirements, and next steps

• Ensure a professional and smooth handover experience

• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and PDI teams to ensure delivery readiness

• Coordinate vehicle preparation, accessories installation, and final quality checks

• Escalate any delays or issues that may impact delivery timelines

• Maintain accurate records in CRM / DMS systems

• Track delivery schedules and provide updates to internal stakeholders

• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes
  

• Previous experience in administration, coordination, or customer service roles

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• High attention to detail, particularly with documentation

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in automotive dealerships or vehicle delivery
