About the role
The Clinical Nurse Educator provides clinical education, support, and guidance to nursing staff across CaFHS, promoting professional development and quality care outcomes. The role involves developing and facilitating education programs, supporting less experienced staff, and maintaining clinical practice standards through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The Clinical Nurse Educator works in partnership with women, children, families, and healthcare professionals to enhance learning opportunities and achieve optimal health outcomes.
