Retail Concession Manager

An exciting opportunity to join Seed Heritage as we continue to grow and expand our retail network. We are looking for a Retail Concession Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture within our David Jones Women's and Child Concession Pads. Work with the team to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:

Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction. Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration. Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable concession pad. Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators. Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up 5 staff. An independently motivated leader with the ability to work autonomously. A supportive leader, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success. Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets. An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising. Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management. A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values. Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
