What you'll be doing:

• Taking inbound claims calls and guiding customers through the claims process while setting realistic expectations
• Using strong communication skills to accurately gather details on claim circumstances and damages
• Building rapport and delivering outstanding customer service on every interaction
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our processes, systems, products and brands, and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures

• Contributing to team success, supporting colleagues and meeting individual performance targets.

Important information (please read before applying)

• Employment Type: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week)
• Salary: Highly competitive salary plus generous monthly incentive scheme
• Location: An engaging, in-office role based in our new Adelaide office with great end-of-journey facilities
• Start Date: Monday, 19 October 2026
• Working Hours: Rotating roster, Monday to Friday, shifts scheduled between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm, plus a maximum of one Saturday every 2 to 3 weeks

• Next Steps: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment, have a phone discussion with a Talent Partner, and meet us face-to-face at our Engagement Centre - where you'll learn more about the role, meet our leaders and tell us more about yourself.
