Clinical Manager

We are seeking a Clinical Manager with a strong background in aged care to lead and support our Pimpama Aged Care Team for a full-time role (76 hours per fortnight). This pivotal role ensures the highest standards of clinical care and compliance, while nurturing a culture of excellence and compassion.

You will be well supported by a dedicated Facility Manager, allowing you to focus on clinical leadership and outcomes while working collaboratively to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical governance and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

• Provide coaching and training to clinical staff members.

• Utilise technology efficiently, including an electronic care management system.

• Collaborate with the Facility Manager to ensure high-quality care delivery.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of aged care processes and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in aged care.

• Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice care.

• Comfortable using technology and clinical systems.

• Experience in coaching and training clinical employees.

• Proven leadership skills and a team-first approach.
