This Technology specialist is growing and needs two Senior Consultants to join their team. You'll have the chance to build your own desk from new and existing accounts and grow your career with the support of a friendly and inclusive culture. The Role:

• This is a client-facing 360° recruitment role including business development, account management, and delivery.
• Ownership of the entire recruitment process, from job vacancy advertising, interviewing, applicant testing, applicant selection, client presentations, and placement.
• Build candidate relationships through proactive phone calls, face-to-face meetings, and providing market knowledge and advice.
• Develop market and commercial awareness through research and networking.
• Guide candidates through the selection, interview, and offer stages.
• Provide post-placement support to both candidates and clients as required.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years+ Agency recruitment experience
• IT sector recruitment experience
• Proven 360° recruitment and new business development skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Drive, ambition, and focus
