We're Looking For
A passionate Customer Care Officer to be the welcoming face of our Stockland shopping centre, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable customer experiences. Based in Burleigh Heads, this is a permanent part -time opportunity working each Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm with the opportunity to pick up additional ad-hoc shifts covering sick leave and annual leave.

What You'll Do

• Be the first point of contact at the Customer Care desk, delivering friendly and solutions focused support
• Support the Centre Management team with initiatives, activations and marketing campaigns
• Manage customer enquiries & feedback with professionalism and care.
• Build strong relationships with retailers, contractors and internal teams
• Contribute to a welcoming, safe and community focused retail environment

About You
You're passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and take pride in being the friendly face people remember. You thrive in fast paced; people focused environments and enjoy building genuine connections with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Previous experience in a customer service or front facing role
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with a variety of customer needs
• Solid organisational and administrative capability
• Ability to manage feedback and resolve issues with professionalism
• Experience working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders
