Bearing Wholesalers is one of Australia's leading distributors of bearings, power transmission products, seals and associated industrial products. We work closely with customers across the industrial, manufacturing, automotive and agricultural sectors, providing quality products, technical expertise and reliable service solutions.

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our Dandenong branch.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established customer base, build strong relationships, identify new business opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the branch. Whether your background is in industrial sales, automotive parts, mechanical trades or a customer-facing sales environment, you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions while growing sales across your territory.

Working closely with the Branch Manager and experienced team, you will be responsible for strengthening existing customer relationships, re-engaging dormant accounts and identifying opportunities to drive branch growth.

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with immediate commencement available.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing an established customer portfolio
• Building strong relationships with trade, industrial and automotive customers
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Maintaining regular customer contact and conducting customer visits within your territory
• Promoting and selling specialist bearing, driveline and power transmission products
• Understanding customer requirements and providing practical, value-added solutions
• Reactivating dormant accounts and uncovering new sales opportunities
• Working collaboratively with the Branch Manager and internal team to deliver exceptional customer service
• Contributing to branch sales growth, customer retention and overall branch performance
• Following company policies, procedures and workplace safety standards

What You'll Bring

• Experience in sales, account management, trade sales, automotive parts, industrial products or a related field
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• A proactive approach to customer engagement and business development
• Mechanical, automotive or industrial product knowledge will be highly regarded
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• A positive, hands-on and team-oriented attitude
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Sales experience is preferred; however, candidates with strong technical, mechanical or trade backgrounds looking to transition into a sales-focused role are encouraged to apply.
