Your impact

We’re looking for an HSE Advisor to join our Energy & Power team, supporting a range of renewable energy, transmission & distribution and major infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. This role will see you working closely with project teams to promote a strong safety culture, provide hands-on support across project sites, and help ensure compliance with HSE standards and legislation. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in wind, solar and broader energy infrastructure, while continuing to develop your HSE capability. 

Key responsibilities:  #LI-KH1

• Provide Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) support to project teams across ANZ 
• Support site activities including audits, inspections and safety walks 
• Ensure compliance with HSE legislation, standards and client requirements 
• Assist with incident investigations, reporting and corrective actions 
• Support development and improvement of HSE management plans and documentation 
• Coach and mentor project teams on HSE practices and field work packs 
• Contribute to a positive safety culture across projects and teams

Here's what you'll need

• Background in HSE within construction, infrastructure, energy or heavy industrial projects (e.g. power generation, utilities
• Understanding of Australian HSE legislation and compliance requirements
• Experience with audits, inspections, safety management systems and permit-to-work processes
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work across multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Relevant qualifications or certifications in Health & Safety
