THE OPPORTUNITY

Due to internal promotions and new long-term projects, we are seeking experienced Diamond Drillers to join our growing operations across WA.

Key responsibilities include:

•        Operate Diamond rigs (LF160, DE710/12) safely and efficiently

•        Lead and mentor offsiders — building a strong, capable crew

•        Maintain drilling performance, core recovery and production targets

•        Conduct preventative maintenance and basic mechanical fault finding

•        Ensure accurate reporting, job cards and daily paperwork completion

•        Work closely with operations to maximise productivity and minimise downtime

•        Maintain strict compliance with safety and OHS standards

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Essential:

•        Demonstrated experience in Diamond Drilling operations

•        HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver’s Licence — essential (manual only)

•        Cert III or IV in Drilling Operations

•        Current First Aid certification

•        4WD Certificate

•        National Police Clearance (within 6 months) or ability to obtain

•        Ability to pass pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening

ROSTER & TRAVEL

•        2/2 or 2/1 roster options

•        Sites located across Western Australia

•        Accommodation and meals provided while on shift (site dependent)
