About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to deliver high-quality plumbing services across residential, commercial and industrial projects, running jobs end-to-end while mentoring the next generation of tradespeople.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Mentoring apprentices and junior plumbers
• Planning and allocating labour, materials and equipment
• Communicating clearly with customers, builders and stakeholders
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety and compliance
• Running plumbing jobs from start to finish with professionalism and efficiency

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Current driver's licence and Working with Children Check
• Confidence in running jobs independently and leading teams
• Strong technical knowledge across installs, maintenance and repairs
• Plumbing trade qualification with a minimum of 5+ years' full-time experience
• Drainage, jetting, CCTV, relining and hydro-excavation experience (highly regarded)
