FP&A Manager

About the Role

Clarity Partners is seeking a senior finance professional to join our mining producer client as an FP&A Manager.

This is a senior finance role supporting leadership with forward-looking financial analysis, planning and commercial insight. You will play a key role in providing visibility of business performance and supporting strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Develop financial models and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Provide analysis and insights on financial and operational performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to support commercial and strategic decisions.
• Prepare management reporting and financial presentations.
• Identify financial trends, risks and opportunities to improve performance.
• Support business cases, strategic initiatives and financial planning.

About You

• CA / CPA or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Mining or resources experience is essential.
• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance or a similar senior finance role.
• Strong experience across budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
