Forklift Operator

Cahill Transport is seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team based in Lytton, QLD.

This is a full-time, ongoing role offering stable Monday to Friday work, consistent hours, and the opportunity to join a supportive transport and logistics team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operating high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently.

• Loading and unloading trucks and containers.

• Stacking, wrapping, and preparing pallets for dispatch.

• Checking labels and freight details to ensure dispatch accuracy.

• Using RF scanners and following dispatch procedures.

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.

• Working Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

What You’ll Bring

• Current LF Forklift Licence.

• Previous warehouse, freight, or transport industry experience.

• Experience operating high-reach forklifts.

• Familiarity with RF scanning systems and load restraint practices.

• Strong understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR).

• Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good attention to detail and communication skills.
