If you’re tired of doing the entire end-to-end sales process in your current building role, this is a huge step up.

About the role:
You’ll speak with warm leads, run structured strategy sessions, and guide clients through our proven investment process — supported by an acquisitions team that secures the right stock for your buyers.

Your Responsibilities:

• Calling warm leads to qualify and book in the initial meetings.

• Conducting In-person/Zoom/Teams-based strategy sessions.

• Moving clients through a structured and proven sales process.

• Presenting tailored investment solutions.

• Managing your pipeline via our CRM (GoHighLevel).

• Working closely with our acquisitions team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What we're looking for:

Mandatory:

• Excellent communicator with strong consultative selling skills.

• Hunger, drive and a passion for hitting KPI's.

• Strong relationship-building ability.

• Self-driven, organised and passionate about property.

• 2–3 years’ experience in the property industry.

Preferred:

• REIWA Sales Registration (Highly Favourable).

• PIPA Qualified Property Investment Advisor.
