$150,000–$180,000 + super + performance incentive up to $100,000

About the role

You’ll help drive the commercial performance of a fast-growing, 110+ person, multi-site business.

Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll partner with branch, sales and operational leaders to improve performance, profitability and commercial accountability.

As GET continues to grow, you’ll also work directly with the CEO and senior leadership on acquisitions, new-region expansion and major investment decisions, helping determine where we grow, what we invest in and whether the numbers stack up.

Key responsibilities

• Commercial performance across the group and individual business units

• Branch and group P&L performance and accountability

• Budgeting, forecasting and performance against plan

• Margin, pricing, profitability and productivity analysis

• Cash flow and working capital performance

• Acquisitions, due diligence, investment analysis and commercial modelling

• Assessment of new regions, businesses and growth opportunities

• Strengthening commercial reporting, financial controls and performance disciplines as the business scales

About you

• Strong commercial, financial and analytical capability

• Experience influencing operational leaders and improving business performance

• Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and commercial modelling

• Experience assessing investments, acquisitions, expansion opportunities or major business cases

• Experience in a growing, multi-site or operational business

• Confidence to challenge assumptions and drive commercial accountability

• Ability to simplify complex information and turn it into clear decisions

• CA/CPA qualified or equivalent senior commercial experience
