Experienced Property Manager

• Manage and oversee an assigned residential property portfolio

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors

• Coordinate and manage maintenance requests from start to completion

• Conduct routine property inspections and provide feedback to landlords

• Manage tenancy matters and ensure properties are well maintained

• Ensure all properties and tenancy processes comply with relevant legislation and regulations

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records and documentation

• Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, tradespeople and other stakeholders

• Identify and resolve issues promptly while providing a high level of customer service

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current Agent's Representative Certificate

• Previous experience in residential property management

• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Sound knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and regulations

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team

• A professional, proactive and customer-focused approach

• The ability to take ownership of your portfolio and deliver outstanding results
