We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Person to join the team in Warrnambool.

This is a rare and unique chance for a driven and energetic person with a keen interest in the industry and looking for a career in customer service/sales. 

The key areas of responsibility for this position are:

• Responding to phone and email enquiries from customers; 

• Understanding and interpreting customer requirements; 

• Preparing and following up on estimates and quotations; 

• Promoting the products and services of the Company to existing and new customers;

• Above all, ensuring the satisfaction of our customers is paramount

To be considered for this role, you must have the following: 

• Previous customer service experience would be highly regarded;

• Commitment and willingness to learn; 

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; 

• Strong organisation skills coupled with good computer skills.
