About the role
We are seeking an Experienced Senior dairy Farm hand to join us on our 800 acre family owned dairy farming business located in Tamworth NSW.
The farm has a modern 20 aside herringbone dairy with cup removers
auto draft & heat detection system.
We are currently milking 400 stud Holstein & Jerseys on a partial TMR system & new compost barn facility.
The successful applicant must demonstrate competency in
*Milk Harvesting / Mixer Wagon
*Herd Health \A.I \ Record Keeping
*Calf rearing / feeding young stock
*Irrigation\Pivot /Lateral
Excellence in operating & maintaining farm machinery
*General Farm duties cleaning etc.
Applicant must have a current driver's licence.
On farm accommodation is available for the right applicant.
Days & hours are negotiable must be able to work alternate weekends,10days on & 4 off. (negotiable)
The successful candidates must be able to work independently and also as part of a team.
