About The Role

Are you passionate about promoting children’s wellbeing and confidence? We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Bracken Ridge Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis.

As an Educator, you’ll help create a safe, fun and inclusive environment for primary-aged children before school, after school and during the school holidays. With a mix of structured and spontaneous play-based activities, you’ll be at the heart of children's social learning and creativity.

What You’ll Do

Supervise and engage children in Before & After School sessionsRun or assist with a variety of hands-on activities during Vacation CareCreate a welcoming and inclusive space where all children feel safe, supported and inspired to growPromote children’s wellbeing, confidence, and friendships through play

What You’ll Bring

Hold or studying towards a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services, School Age Education and Care or similarA great sense of fun, energy and creativityA strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all childrenCurrent First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain)A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
