Join Our Bunbury Team
We're on the lookout for experienced and reliable Traffic Controllers and Crew Leaders to join our Bunbury depot for a range of exciting upcoming projects. If you take pride in safety, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive as part of a supportive team — we want to hear from you.
❗ Please note: This is not a FIFO position. Applicants must live in, or be willing to relocate to, the Bunbury region.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must hold, or be willing to obtain, the following:
Basic Worksite Traffic Management (BWTM)/Traffic Controller (TC) Accreditation
Construction Induction White/Blue Card
Current Driver's Licence (minimum C class; MR/HR highly regarded)
Ability to provide a National Police Clearance

✔ Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen ✔ Reliable, punctual, and available for flexible shifts ✔ Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing site conditions ✔ Strong communicator and team player ✔ Confident using smartphones and work-related apps ✔ Crew Leader/Advanced Worksite Traffic Management accreditation highly regarded for Crew Leader applicants
