Assistant Poultry Farm Manager Job
We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Broiler Farm Assistant Manager to join our team at our 10 shed broiler farm at Donnybrook Kuikens located in Donnybrook area Queensland Australia.
Key Responsibilities: (not limited to)
The position of Broiler Farm Assistant Manager is primarily responsible, in the absence of the Farm Manager, for achieving maximum productivity and livability for the broiler farm (as measured against agreed key performance indicators) and ensuring all work is carried out according to Inghams standards and policies.
The process includes shed set-up, chick placement, grow out, pickup and clean out operations on the broiler farm and daily maintenance in and around the sheds.
The Broiler Farm Assistant Manager is also responsible for, in the absence of the Farm Manager, the daily data capturing.
The position is also responsible for supervision of other areas of the broiler farm as agreed with the Farm Manager.
You will be required to work weekend on weekend off.
If you have been working on any other agricultural farm before and would like to transition into a career in poultry, we could be open for discussion.
4 Bedroom Company house is provided on farm.
