Builders Labourer

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on and motivated team member to join our business and provide support across our construction projects, warehouse and company vehicles.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous experience within the construction industry or a similar hands-on environment.

• The ability to multi-task, prioritise and coordinate with Site Supervisors across multiple job sites.

• Strong organisational skills and pride in maintaining a clean, organised and well-presented warehouse.

• An ability to undertake basic vehicle and equipment maintenance and identify when further repairs or servicing are required.

• A practical, hands-on approach and a willingness to assist wherever required.

• The ability to work cooperatively and positively within a team environment.

• A self-motivated, resilient and collaborative attitude, with a genuine willingness to get the job done.

• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of people across the business.
