About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic administrator to join our diverse, compassionate and dedicated team to provide effective and efficient administrative support and customer service in a busy health care setting. Our Administration Officer plays a key role in liaising with staff, clients and their families and ensuring the delivery of exemplary customer service.

What You Bring

Demonstrated experience in health care AdministrationExcellent communication skills both written and verbalExcellent customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to work both within a team environment and autonomouslyProficient knowledge and application of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
