Customer Service Specialist

Arisit is an Australian owned company with exclusive distribution of a range of appliance brands, ranging from laundry and cooking appliances to state-of-the-art electronics from around the world, including Europe, USA and Asia.

About The Role 

Reporting to the Service Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional after-sales support to customers. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience while maintaining accurate records and handling enquiries efficiently.

This is Full Time Parental Relief Contract for up to 12 months.

You will;

• Manage customer enquiries relating to service, warranty and spare parts support.
• Coordinate service requests with customers, technicians and service agents.
• Process claims and spare parts orders accurately using internal systems.
• Assist with identifying parts using diagrams and parts manuals (training provided).
• Provide updates on orders, warranty and service request progress.
• Respond to pricing and availability enquiries from customers and service agents.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure positive customer outcomes

About You

You are a customer-focused professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You enjoy helping customers, can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail.

You will also have;

• Previous customer service experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
• A positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Previous spare parts experience within the appliance, or white goods industry would be advantageous however full training will be provided.
• Knowledge of CRM or Dynamics is desirable but not essential
