Duties And Responsibilities

Understanding customer needs and taking the initiative to elevate their dining experienceProvide outstanding food and beverage knowledge and serviceRecommend and pair wines to suit the food selectionSeamless service and communication with the teamTake part in training sessions to continually upskill

Ideal Candidates Will Have

A passion for guest experience and creating memorable moments for our guestsThorough understanding of Restaurant Sequence of Service and daily operations include 3 plate carry.Interest in food, wine, and modern dining culture with good understanding of wine, service and recommendations to guests2+ years experience working as a Section Waiter within a premium dining restaurant.Confidently present menus, dishes, and beverages, leading our guests through their experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsWell-presented, reliable, and punctualAbility to work evenings and weekendsCurrent RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification
