The RoleYou’ll manage your own Family Law practice across parenting and/or property matters with autonomy and support to do your best work.You’ll appear in Court, mediations and dispute resolution conferences, provide strategic advice to clients, brief Counsel and play an active role in mentoring junior members of the team.As our practice continues to grow, you’ll also have the opportunity to develop your business development skills, management skills, strengthen referral relationships and establish yourself as a recognised Family Law practitioner.
About YouYou’ll ideally have:4+ years’ PQE practising predominantly in Family Law.Experience managing your own matters with minimal supervision.Strong technical knowledge across parenting and property matters.Excellent advocacy, drafting and communication skills.A genuine passion for helping clients through complex and sensitive situations.The confidence to mentor and support junior team members.A collaborative approach and a desire to contribute to the continued growth of your practice.Most importantly, you’re someone who is looking for more than just another role.You’re looking for a place where you can continue building your career.
