Process Technician (Processing)

Departing from Perth, you'll fly directly to Plutonic, arriving within 90 minutes of departure. Once onsite, you'll be accommodated in a well-established camp with modern ensuite rooms, Wi-Fi, gym, pool and recreational facilities.

As Catalyst Metals continues to grow and expand its operations, exciting opportunities have become available within our Processing team.

Reporting to the Process Supervisor and working an 8:6 / 7:7 roster, the Process Technician is responsible for safely operating and optimising key areas of the processing plant, including Crushing, Milling and Elution, to maximise plant performance and gold recovery.

Working closely with the Maintenance and Laboratory teams, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the processing plant. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, take on new challenges and be part of a growing operation.

• Safely operate and monitor Crushing, Milling and Elution circuits.

• Conduct operational inspections and report plant issues and process variances.

• Work closely with Maintenance to support plant reliability and planned maintenance activities.

• Complete operational reporting and effective shift handovers.

• Follow daily instructions from the Process Supervisor.

• Maintain housekeeping standards across designated plant areas.

• Ensure all work is carried out safely and in accordance with site procedures and systems.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience in a similar processing role.

• Current LF High Risk Licence.

• Current WA C Class Driver's Licence.

• Experience in gold processing plant operations.

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
