Service Administrator

Full-time | Monday - Friday 8 hour days | Redcliffe WA

The Role

The Service Administrator is a key operations professional who plays a critical role in supporting Daltech's team. The ideal person is a proactive, organised and customer-focused administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple priorities. Experience in mine site administration, maintenance services administration, or a related operational support role will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all service administration activities, including timesheet processing, purchase orders, invoicing, work order management and service documentation.
• Support Service Supervisors with mobilisation activities, project administration, coordination and information gathering.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems and ensure documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Manage office supplies and general administrative requirements for the Perth branch.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, responding to enquiries and directing incoming calls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance administrative efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Experience working with ERP, maintenance management or service management systems.
• Previous experience in service administration, maintenance administration, workshop administration or a similar operational support role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
• Experience within mining, maintenance, engineering or industrial services will be highly regarded.
